St. Declan's Community College is part of the WWETB which is underpinned by the five Core Values of our Ethos which are; Care, Respect, Equality, Community and Excellence in Education. Students who represent these values can be nominated by their teachers under our Code of Positive Behaviour.
Every term five students will be chosen from each year group that have demonstrated the characteristics and values of St. Declan's CC. The parents/guardians of our nominees will receive a text message informing them that their child has been nominated under one of our Ethos strands as student of the term in that category. The five chosen students will receive a cert, they will be provided with a lunch voucher from our canteen and acknowledged on our social media platforms.
